SHUTTLE SERVICE

The shuttle service allows every member who at least has a Level II certificate to catch a ride in our modern boats with his own equipment (1 board and 1 kite) to the best spot on the lake. Kite-launch, assistance and recovery at the end of the day is included in this service.

For those who love comfort, the kite school CKM provides a storage where you can deposit your kite equipment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SHUTTLE

Being an active and registered member.
Being an adult or having parental consent.
Owning a certificate that states your FISN-FIV-IKO-VDWS level.
Owning your own equipment or rented equipment (only inflatable kites).
As required by local ordinance, it is compulsory to wear an impact vest.
When using a boardleasch a helmet must be worn.
Security systems of the original manufacturers must be present on the kite.

Formalities for the Shuttle-Service

Kite preparation must be followed step by step, it has to be suitable for launch from the boat. The kite must be rolled up with the lines already connected and wrapped tightly around the bar. Bladders musst be filled except the front tube and when having a one-pump system. All the material has to be in a good condition.
The person in charge of the shuttle-lift will decide and announce the launch point, the navigation area and the recovery area (this may vary from time to time).
The kiter decides whether he wants to enter the water after assessing the weather and his capabilities.
The rules of precedence must be respected.
The person in charge of the shuttle can decide to end the session in advance for safety reasons for example bad weather conditions, disregarding the general regulations… (in these cases no refund will be given).
The shuttle service DOES NOT include the preparation of the equiptment and relaunch of the kite during the session.

In our kitesurf courses we provide all the necessary equipment. The waterlessons are carried out with RADIO HELMETS, which allow instant auditive correction of your movements by your teacher. Here you have the possibilitiy to learn and improve your kitesurfing-skills fast, because we can save a lot of time due to our modern boats. In case of lack of wind, lessons will be caught up as soon as possible.
